Bookings


Email bookings@richrosechapel.com to speak to one of our sales advisors about booking your preferred dates. Please see our calendar to see if your preferred dates are available. We will arrange payment of the booking deposit and full balance.
Email bookings@richrosechapel.com to amend your booking. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred date but only if it is available. Your booking deposit and full balance may be able to be transferred to an available date. If your preferred date is not available, then the cancellation policy applies.
Email bookings@richrosechapel.com to cancel your booking. Depending on the date of your cancellation, you may receive a full or part refund of your booking fee or full balance following our cancellation policy (found in our Terms and Conditions).
We take a £100.00 booking fee to secure your dates at the time of booking. Your full balance will be due 4 weeks before your visit.
After arranging your booking, you will asked for a booking deposit of £100.00 to hold your dates. At this point, you will be given instructions on how to make the payment via email. All payments will be by an online card payment or via bank transfer.
You will receive a pre-visit email at some point in the week prior to your stay, on how to enter the property and other key information.
The courtyard area at the back of the property is completely enclosed when the gates are shut. This means you can relax when children or dogs are in the garden as they cannot wander away.
You can enter the property from 4.00pm on the first day of your visit (Friday or Monday) and you must vacate the property by 11.00am on the last day of your visit (Monday or Friday).
Our standard arrival time is after 4:00pm and departure before 11:00am. This is to ensure the property can be cleaned to our high standards and prepared for the next guests. However, please email us to enquire if it is possible to amend these times for your stay.
We are happy to take bookings from a group of 4 males or females for a stay at the property. All guests would need to follow the terms and conditions of the booking during the stay at the property.
Guests are permitted to visit the property during your stay but need to comply with the terms and conditions of your stay.
Please email bookings@richrosechapel.com with your exact requirements, but yes you can book for more than a week, but you would need to enter the property on Monday at 4:00pm or Friday at 4:00pm, but there will be a saving on the booking as it will be classed as a double booking.
How do I find the property?
The pre-visit email will include travel information and a location map of the property.
There is also a map on the 'bookings' page of the website.

Accommodation


Unfortunately, due the age of the property, it is not accessible for wheelchair users. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. If you have specific needs, please email our team to answer any questions you have to decide if the property would be appropriate for you or your guests.
There is space for at least two cars on the driveway and also one car behind lockable gates at the property.
Yes, there is complimentary wireless internet access during your stay. All required information can be found in the welcome pack in the property.
There is a travel cot and high chair available for use during your stay. Please inform us during the booking process of your requirements so they will be ready on your arrival. Some blankets are provided but you may want to bring your own preferred bedding for the cot. Also if you prefer, you can bring your own travel cot.
Dogs are welcome at the property during your stay and it is included in the cost of your stay. We would ask that you only bring 1 large dog or two medium/small dogs with you and inform us prior to your visit so we can prepare for the dogs. There are dog bowls and a blanket to use if you wish your dog to use the rugs or sofa. If you prefer, you can bring your own.
We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in loss of your refundable deposit).
  • Dogs must be under strict control at all times whilst on the property.
  • Any fouling on the property and in the courtyard garden etc. must be cleaned up without delay (there are bags provided).
  • Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
  • Dogs must not go upstairs or lie on beds. A barrier for the stairs is provided.
  • Dogs must not go in the Hot Tub.
  • You must use the blanket provided if you wish your dog to lay on the sofa.
    Hand and bath towels are available in the cloakroom and bathroom for use during your stay. The beds will be dressed with pillows, duvets and covers in two double beds, or one double and two singles (depending on your booking requirements).

    No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
    No, use of the hot tub is complimentary with your stay. We ask you to follow the instructions which you will find in the welcome pack on how to use the hot tub to ensure safety.
    No, cleaning of the property is included in the cost of your stay. We would ask you to clean any accidents or spillages as soon as possible using the cleaning supplies in the under stairs cupboard.
    We would appreciate it if you contacted us to inform us of any damage to the property or items within the property. If we find anything damaged during the inspection after your visit, we will take the cost of repair or replacement at the owner's discretion.
    You will be provided with instructions on how to use the log burner in the welcome pack and there is a supply of wood to burn during your stay.
    The pre-visit email will provide instructions on how to contact one of our team during your stay.
    Yes, the 2nd bedroom can be used as a double or a twin for your stay. please inform us during the booking process of your requirements so it can be ready for your stay.
